Bronkaid

Bronkaid is an over-the-counter asthma medication. It contains ephedrine. Ephedrine is a fat burning machine that was banned by the FDA a few years ago. They found out in high doses the ingredient could be used to make meth so they took it off the market. Fitness models and Bodybuilders today that use legal and illegal drugs take ephedrine to help burn extra body fat. That's how effective it is. Bronkaid will not make up for poor diet though. You still need to be in a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight.
